We are excited to share we have filled all five slots on our 2024 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon Team! Follow Team New Ground on our 13.1 mile journey to break the cycle of homelessness.
The 13.1-mile journey begins in Brooklyn, making its way over the historic Manhattan Bridge and FDR Drive. Runners also get the unique opportunity to run through Times Square (only 1 of 2 times that it is closed each year!) and finishing in Central Park. Through this partnership, we are able to provide you the opportunity to make your miles meaningful and support New Ground by raising awareness and funds that benefit Veterans and families caught in the vicious cycle of homelessness on Long Island.
