New Ground would like to extend a warm welcome to the newest member of it’s Board of
Directors, David P. Ofenloch, Esq., a partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP. With over 14
years of experience, David counsels employers primarily engaged in or providing services to
the real estate industry on labor and employment-related issues. His practice concentrates on
employee benefits and executive compensation matters. In addition, he has written and
spoken on several of the areas of his practice and is an active member in various professional
and networking organizations.
