Today, we’re highlighting the amazing Black History Month celebration our students and their families got to participate in on February 27th!
They identified famous Black Americans and their contributions, worked on poetry and other forms of art related to Black history, and rounded out the celebration with trivia highlighting Black inventors and other fun Black history facts!
Thank you to Evol Sweeney (New Ground’s Associate Program Director) and all of New Ground’s Tutors for making this night a wonderful culmination of Black History Month.
