New Ground is proud to announce that it’s FIRST affordable housing project, The Grove, officially completed construction in July 2025
In a partnership with Georgica Green Ventures and the Kulka Group, New Ground was able to turn a vision into reality. The Grove provides 13 additional units of housing as an extension of New Ground’s Long Term Housing Program.
